EMEYF events happen primarily in English as a base language, we will attempt to offer translation in all languages required. Please indicate any which you would feel comfortable translating between and if you need translation.

This helps the planning group to build in child-care into the timetable for the event.

Please say if you are likely to need a visa (travel permit to enter Norway) as these can take time to organise.

How & when are you intending to travel to Spring Gathering?
Please fill this in if you have a rough idea of how you might travel. Knowing arrival times/dates gives the planning group time to organise anyone who will need collecting, or help with transit visas.

Are you planning to travel or stay in Norway before or after the gathering?
If you would like to share time with other Young Friends before or after the gathering, the planning group with try to put people in contact with each other. If you would like them to do that, please indicate here.

Do you have a valid European driving license? Or are you intending to drive to the gathering yourself?
Having qualified drivers gives the possibility of arranging mini-buses and lifts.
